ITINERARY
Day 1: June 24th: Delhi
Arrive in Delhi and transfer to the hotel. Evening explore Connaught place and Paharganj area and time permitting optionally we can visit Old Delhi to savor some authentic Delhi cuisines. Overnight at Delhi.
Day 2: June 25th: Delhi – Dehradun – Mussoorie : 290kms / 6.5 hours
Morning after breakfast we leave for Mussoorie. Cross the plains of Western UP as we ascend on the lower Himalayas. Stop for lunch on the way and later visit Dehradun and the Forest Research Institute there. By evening arrive in Mussoorie and transfer to the hotel. Rest and Overnight in Mussoorie.
Day 3: June 26th: Mussoorie – Rishikesh : 80kms / 2.5 hours
After Established in the Himalaya foothills by a British Army officer in 1820, Musoorie, the “Queen of the Hills” stands above the rest with its deep woods, favorable climate, and Doon Valley views. Its name is derived from the berry-covered Mansur shrub found in abundance around this area. Vestiges of its colonial past are still reflected in the cuisine and architecture. After breakfast explore the sights of Mussoorie like Lal Tibba, Camels Back Road and SOHAM Himalayan Centre. Later have lunch and explore the Mall road before leaving for Rishikesh. Reach Rishikesh by late evening. Rest and overnight in Rishikesh.
Day 4: June 27th: Rishikesh
The holy city of Rishikesh, in the foothills of the Himalayas, holds deep cultural and spiritual significance for the Hindus. Sacred rivers and mountains set the scene for yoga, hikes, and rafting. After breakfast, you can opt to join one of the rafting trips or walk around exploring the town. Later after lunch, we visit the Neer Ghar Waterfalls, Lakshman Jhula, and at dusk witness the Aarti ceremony at the Triveni Ghat. Overnight in Rishikesh.
Day 5: June 28th: Rishikesh – Jim Corbett National Park : 190 kms / 4.5 hrs
After breakfast, we leave for Ramnagar the entrance point of Jim Corbett National park passing through beautiful mountain scenery and quaint villages. Stop for lunch en-route and reach Ramnagar by late afternoon. Evening to relax, rest and explore Ramnagar town. Overnight at Ramnagar.
Day 6: June 29th: Jim Corbett National Park
Situated in Nainital district of Uttarakhand, Corbett has long been a haunt for tourists and wildlife lovers. The oldest national park in India, Corbett, has over 400 different species of flora and over 550 different species of fauna. The park is best known as a protected area for the Royal Bengal Tiger.
Today we take two safaris ( morning and evening) in the park to see the different animal and birdlife inside the park and hopefully spot a tiger or two. Overnight at Ramnagar.
Day 7: June 30th: Jim Corbett National Park – Naukuchiatal – Nainital : 115 kms / 4 hrs
After breakfast, we drive from Ramnagar in the Garhwal Himalayas to Uttarakhands lake district in the Kumaon Himalayas through beautiful mountain roads. We visit some of the most beautiful lakes in the region today including Naukuchiatal, Bhimtal, and Nainital. Enjoy boating in the lake and later visit Naini peak at Nainital for panoramic views of the Nainital, Naini town, and the Himalayan Ranges. Overnight at Nainital.
Day 8: July 1st: Nainital – Delhi : 295kms /7 hrs
After breakfast leave for Delhi and reach by late afternoon. Evening free to explore on own. Overnight at Delhi.
Day 9: July 2nd : Departure
After breakfast end of the trip.

We believe that a small group is can enjoy the journey better and have closer interactions with the group members, therefore, we restrict our group size to a maximum of 15. Group size typically between 5 and 15. Our travelers are friendly, open-minded, well traveled and we have a good gender mix on our tours.
