ITINERARY

Bangkok, Kanchanaburi, Phuket & Ko Phi Phi(6n / 7d)

Day 1 – Bangkok : Arrive in the capital of Thailand, Bangkok, where the cityscape reaches both upward and outward, creating the country’s largest metropolis. The charm of the city is hidden beneath the shade of trees, in the bustling marketplaces and around the gilded spires of temples .  The streets are filled with the scent of fresh noodles and decadent fried chicken, where sweet, sour, and spicy come together for an unforgettable combination. Day to explore the markets, go shopping and sample some of Bangkok’s streetfood. Overnight at Bangkok.

Day 2 – Bangkok Sightseeing : After breakfast leave for a full day tour of cultural sights of Bangkok. Set along the waterway of the Chao Phraya River, the Grand Palace is a spectacle to experience, set against the lapping water on the riverbanks. Within the palace complex are sensational temples that house some of the most well-preserved and coveted
Buddhist artifacts, including Wat Phra Kaew, the Temple of the Emerald Buddha. Later after lunch cross to the other bank of the Cho Praya river and visit the beautiful Wat Arun. Later take an evening stroll in the by lanes of Chinatown to experience Bangkok of days gone by. Overnight at Bangkok.

Day 3 – Bangkok to Kanchanaburi : After breakfast drive to the  riverside town of Kanchanaburi. En route stop at a traditional Thai floating market where grandma’s in small boats sell flowers, fruits and a thousand varieties of delicacies. Sea food is usually the main draw with seafood grilled precariously on wooden boats, serving an appetizing array of huge prawns, shellfish and squid. From noon until late in the evening, the smell is simply irresistible and customers flock in all day long. There are lots of shopping options too. After lunch we head to the  famed Tiger Temple. Witness the splendor of the world’s largest feline, the tiger play with the monks who raise the tigers from birth and you get to touch a tiger and take photos with it. Overnight at Kanchanaburi.

Day 4 – Kanchanaburi : After breakfast head for the spectacular Erawan Waterfalls. This spectacular multi layer waterfalls is a collection of seven beautiful waterfalls with each layer having a pool under it. Relax near the falls, trek through the jungle to each level and indulge in a swim. After lunch we visit the Hell Fire Pass Museum and the pass itself. The Museum gives a beautiful account of the making of the Death Railway line during the second world war. If you choose you could walk down along a section of the former railway track bed. Overnight at Kanchanaburi.

Day 5 – Kanchanaburi to Phuket : After breakfast visit the  Bridge on the River Kwai before leaving for Bangkok Airport. Take flight to Phuket and evening free to explore Phuket on your own. Overnight in Phuket.

Day 6 – Phuket to Ko Phi Phi : Today you will embark on a journey away from the luster of Phuket that will take you to the diverse and alluring waters of the Phi Phi Islands. Climb aboard a speedboat to begin your exceptional day where six islands comprise the archipelago only 45 minutes away. The water is three shades of blue, ranging from nearly clear to sapphire, sitting beneath the rising green of the jungle island. Visit Maya bay, Monkey island and Ko Phi Phi Leh where the limestone karsts are bright and majestic, water is crystal clear and the natural beauty is unparalleled. Overnight at Phuket

Day 7 – Phuket – Departure : After breakfast transfer to airport. End of tour.
